Author's Notes-07/15: 0. While working on the upcoming PMO series, I've corrected typos, clarified and updated two posts: "...The Seventh Triple Constraint" and "... IT Organization Models."
1. My web host had some "issues" last month so I lost some post additions / changes. They've been (re-)updated: "... First-Aid Kit for IT Management", "... IT HR - Part I - Recruiting ...".
2. Near and dear to every IT member's heart is a subject covered in: "...Cost Cutting IT ...". I believe you will find it of great interest and value. V1.2 is now the latest release.
3. Must Read for All IT Members: the newly released "NotesOn: IT HR - Part II ...", a companion to Part I, is also a vital read!
4. If you haven't checked out the PPT from my February presentation to the University Of Denver - Daniels School of Business find some time, it is worth it. You will find it as: "PPT: From Idea To Execution - Working With IT".
